Orbi: FMCG Distribution Management System
A distribution-management system for an FMCG distributor handling two principals, covering post-order operations: a stock/ETL import engine, purchases/sales/returns ledgers, a credit-gate approval workflow, order and packing queue, GST e-invoicing (IRN + QR generation via GSP), invoice generation and printing, expense management, a daily stock-snapshot engine with carry-forward, 7-role RBAC, and a public customer order-tracking page.
Consolidates four separately licensed legacy tools into one system of record. Phase 1 in parallel-run validation across ~2,700 outlets, ~3,500 monthly transactions, and ~17 invoices/day.

An end-to-end notary office digitisation platform covering client master management, template-based bilingual (Tamil + English) document generation, automatic notarial register numbering with volume/page locking, a guided 5-step transaction flow, fee collection with dual receipts, and encrypted ID storage compliant with DPDP Rules 2025.
Live in production since July 2026, digitising the full document lifecycle, replacing a previously manual, paper-based workflow.

An end-to-end order-to-invoice ERP for a precision-manufacturing unit, covering Purchase Order intake (manual entry plus Excel/CSV bulk import with auto-matching to the item master), Bill of Materials, multi-stage production tracking (Blank Cutting through Inspection), raw-material and finished-goods inventory with low-stock alerts, GST-compliant invoice generation with downloadable PDFs, and a company-settings / activity-log module.
