FMCG Distribution Management System
A distribution-management system for an FMCG distributor handling two principals, covering post-order operations: a stock/ETL import engine, purchases/sales/returns ledgers, a credit-gate approval workflow, order and packing queue, GST e-invoicing (IRN + QR generation via GSP), invoice generation and printing, expense management, a daily stock-snapshot engine with carry-forward, 7-role RBAC, and a public customer order-tracking page.
Consolidates four separately licensed legacy tools into one system of record. Phase 1 in parallel-run validation across ~2,700 outlets, ~3,500 monthly transactions, and ~17 invoices/day.

The core billing engine is built: full invoice lifecycle (draft, finalized, paid/cancelled), CGST/SGST/IGST/Cess calculation, GSTIN validation with checksum, an HSN/SAC code database (~50k codes), Rule 46-compliant PDF invoices, a POS system with barcode scanning, credit/debit and proforma notes, bulk import, practitioner cross-org read-only access, and a multi-org role system.
